The word Nigger has been used since the Revolutionary War:

meaning

1. a derogatory term for African Americans OR

 2. a person of any race or origin regarded as contemptible, inferior,ignorant, etc.
3.a victim of prejudice similar to that suffered by blacks; aperson who is economically, politically, or sociallydisenfranchised.
 Definition 3 is not normallyconsidered disparaging—as in “The Irish are the niggers of Europe”from Roddy Doyle’s The Commitments —but the other uses areconsidered contemptuous and hostile. 

That’s what she means. Women are still being regarded as inferior and economically, politically and socially disenfranchised.

But ehhh kind of a shocking way of putting things. 

Before you comment again on the use and meaning of the word n*****, I would like for you to go to your local library or amazon.com, order The N Word by Jabari Asim, and read it from cover to cover.  Really let it sink in.  And then you might perhaps be capable of discussing this topic around other people, and not sounding ignorant. kthanxbye.
